For this project, I designed a three-bedroom, three-bath residence at 1706 Rittenhouse in Center City, Philadelphia, for Milo and Audrey, a couple whose personalities and careers complement one another. Audrey, founder of Rifle Paper Co., inspired an artistic and refined aesthetic, reflected through bold patterns, curated artwork, and carefully detailed finishes. Milo's musical background and love for the kazoo added a playful, personal touch, introducing rhythm and movement into the design through color, texture, and form. The overall plan emphasized flexibility for entertaining, with a dining room and living spaces designed for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings, while also including a private study for Audrey’s work and a media space for Milo’s collection of instruments, awards, and film interests.
